Bondi Babymoon

And we’re back in Sydney! One of my all time favourite destinations, and a place that I make the time to visit at least a few times every year.

There are so many incredible things to do in Sydney and the surrounding suburbs but a place that keeps drawing me back is the Bondi to Bronte coastline.

Who wouldn’t want to spend their days by the shimmering ocean pools and many beautiful beaches and bays? Me please! 🙋🏽‍♀️

Only this time was a little more special, because we brought a little 23 week old bump with us. Four glorious days on an unofficial babymoon. I’m calling it unofficial because I’m hoping there might be another getaway on the cards before baby is due in early March. But since we recently spent 10 beautiful days in Bali, I think I’ve well and truly ticked the babymoon box. It was also my husbands birthday recently, so another reason to have a special getaway.

Stay: Most definitely in Bondi! We always stay right near Icebergs, and make sure you get an ocean view.

Breakfast: Lamrock cafe – everything you could possibly want in this super cute and friendly cafe. If you feel up for a stroll, walk to North Bondi and eat at Speedos for a rainbow spread.

Dinner: Il Puntino. Delicious Italian food! Or Bondi Beach Fish House – you can’t go to Bondi and not have some fish and chips.

Getting around: Walk/Uber. Make a day of walking from Bondi to Bronte on the coastal track, stopping at all the beaches in between. If you’re feeling up to it continue down to Coogee. We like to walk there and Uber it back.

Best spots: Bondi Beach, Icebergs, Tamarama Beach, Marks Park, Bronte Rockpool (absolute fave) and Gordon’s Bay.

We had a weekend of pure bliss. And coming back next time will be extra special because we’ll have a little bub.

Love Lana
